Automatically cancelled split credit card payment

We made a $450 sale 05/12/22 and the payment was split into 8.

5 of the payments were made by credit card and the remainder by cash but looking back on our reports now the sale is saying Canceled. We have contacted the customer and they said it's still showing pending on their internet banking, have we just lost $281.25?

 

We will no longer split payments!!!

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us" or "Call Us"
