Add Team Member Not Working

Hi,

For some reason I am not receiving email invitations to join as a team member even after all of my information has been added correctly. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

Sounds like the issue stems from your email provider. Have you checked spam, inbox filters? Try adding @messaging.squareup.com to your email contacts then try again.
