How do you schedule orders for future pickup (for call -ins)

For a while we have just been saving the date and time in the persons name, but now with the new KDS I have order for a future pick up mixed with my current pick up. And to make it worse on the KDS it only has the persons first name so it doesn't even say the time that we wrote! My KM is also upset because the reports are super inaccurate because it is saying it take us over 4 hours on AVG to complete an order. 

 

We are in Canada and have had the KDS for less then a week. We are hoping our American friends that have had this system for a longer time, can help us out. How h

 

How has any other restaurant owners and operators been able to combat this issue.
