Why transactions dont add up with balances ?

Hi, so I have 2 payments that have gone through however when I click on the balances to transfer to bank only 1 transaction is there, it has been about 30 mins and still nothing, any ideas?

Just so I'm on the same page with you here, are you seeing both of these payments in your Transaction history on your account?
