Why do some appointments show up white with a dark blue box around them?

I manage my bosses calendar. When I book an appointment they show up as either light blue or dark blue squares. But there are some appointments I booked that have moved and now show up as white with a dark blue box around it. What's up with that?

That does sound odd alright. Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing? What color are you expecting to see when booking an appointment? The more information you can give me, the better I will be able to diagnose the issue and find a resolution.
