What is the G Suite?

Utterly clueless artist here desperately needing to renew my domain name, it was paid for when requested and accidentally paid for again and still no live site, the only message I got after 2 payments taken was that there was a problem with my G suite, what is that?  This is the most inconvenient time ever to have my site down but I don’t really want to ring U.S number and can’t find a live human chat.  Help please!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues getting your website live. 

G Suite, now known as Google Workspace, provides a custom email solution for your domain name. 

It sounds like this needs to be escalated. Since we don't have access to account information on the Community, I recommend getting in touch with Weebly Support. This would be the quickest way to get your issue resolved.

I understand you don't want to call a US number. If you call the local Square Support on 0800 098 8008, someone will be able to transfer you directly to Weebly (note that Square Support in the UK is available from 9am to 5pm). Simply ask to be transfer through to Weebly directly. Alternatively, you can also send us an email, and we will pass it on to the appropriate team.
