What are the troubleshooting steps for the Square Appointments app?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: My square appointments is no longer removing the tax from my items when I make the edit.

I’ve been doing things this way for ages and just started having this problem. Some of my clients I don’t charge tax. When I check them out and try to remove the tax, it doesn’t save properly. What’s the problem?

Hi @Catriona! Have you by chance gone through these troubleshooting steps for the Appointments app? Sounds kind of glitchy which makes me wonder if everything is updated.

 

Give them a try if you haven't already, and let us know if you're still running into the same problem.

A lot of the steps outlined I couldn't figure out (where is the log out button even!), but glad for the link. I just deleted the app and re-installed it and it looks better. Thanks!
