Overnight my Square stand and iPad were stolen.
The thief would be able to open ipad, and square software.
How can I disable this (disconnect)?
Concerned about thief’s access to items, transactions (refunding).

Thanks for getting in touch and I'm very sorry to hear your hardware was stolen.
As long as you had a pin-code lock on the iPad, they should not be able to access anything on the device. I recommend calling our support team on 1800 760 137 for further assistance. They can attempt a remote log-out of your device - though note this does require the device to be connected to the internet.
Note that card refunds can only ever be processed back to the original card the purchase was made on.
