Selling Raffle Tickets through Square

I would like some clarification regarding selling raffle tickets through Square. To avoid the high costs of 3rd party raffle sites, we would like to sell our tickets through Square and manually issue the tickets so that they are in accordance to our gaming licence. We are a non-profit doing the raffle to raise money for our society.

I have read a few different posts and seem to have conflicting responses if you are actually allowed to sell raffle tickets through square.

What would be the price for the raffle? Raffles are allowed as long as the prizes aren't cash or an item prohibited by another rule.
