Does anybody know how long it can take for a credit card payment to go through I took a payment at 8pm this evening and it's still not showing in my balance at 22.20.

If the transaction was successful, the funds should appear immediately/within a few minutes on your balance. Have you checked the balance tab on both your POS and Dashboard ?
If you're still unable to see it, I'd suggest contacting our support team so they can take a closer look at your account as we don't have access to your information on the Community. Our team is available by email, phone or on social media (Facebook, X or Instagram).
