I am looking at how I can retrieve credit card details from POS charge for a guest. The lady gave me details over the phone which I didn't write down and now I don't have them to make another charge for used items she had. Can anyone assist with this matter?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community!
For security reasons Square does not actually store full card details within your Square dashboard - even on a backend system level these details are not accessible to us.
If you need to charge your customer again and had not previously saved their card details on file, you'll need to get back in touch with them!
Though, if your customer agreed to have their card details stored on file and you saved a card on file to their customer directory profile, you will be able to charge the saved card via either the Square Dashboard or the POS app. Do you happen to know if you saved their card on file?
