Recently i have had nothing but issues with my square reader app on my mobile. Its connected to the internet but is constantly telling me to restore internet. Getting out of app and going back in sometimes fixes it, other times i cant take payment. Its becoming impossible to actually use and may have to switch to another provider if i cant get this fixed. Anyone have any ideas? I have cleared cache, restarted phone, checked for updates etc as well.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble using Square on your phone!
If you're having regular issues like this it might be a good idea to test the device using a different internet connection when you're able to - are you currently taking payments with wifi or mobile data? If you can switch to another network this will at the very least help isolate the cause of the issue.
Usually errors like this are caused by slow internet - it can appear connected but may have low bandwidth, or spotty reception. Are there other users on the network or are you also using your device for things like streaming music?
