Photos in categories buttons options

Why after all these year we still don’t have the option to add photos to Categories. 

I don’t want the “words” Shamp

I want to add a photo of a Shampoo

You can setup photos in items but not categories? 

please actually explain why your choosing not to do this, rather then say it’s on the list..

we have been asking this for years…

Thanks for the feedback - I understand that having the option to choose between words and photos for category tiles would be a handy addition to the Point of Sale app.

While I'm not able to provide insight into how or why some new features might be prioritised over others when it comes to development, you can read a little more about feature requests and product updates here.

Hopefully we do see category photos in the future, and if we do I'll check back in via this thread.
