Order Ahead mobile app that integrates with Square Register

Anybody knows about any order ahead mobile app platform that integrates with Square Register? 

I'm not sure how we can receive our online orders  or mobile app orders in our Square Register.

That thread was very noisy and mostly self-promotion of some brands there.

I left a message in there as well, but no response yet. That's why I thought I'll create this new thread focused on Square Register.
