Non cash tips error on end of shift report
We've been using Square for Restaurants for over a year at multiple locations. This weird error JUST started happening at one of our restaurants 3 days ago. For some reason on the printed End of shift Report that our servers do at the end of their shift it's doubling the Non-Cash Tips that what they actually received. For example last night the server took in $355.28 in non-cash tips but the report they printed in for their drop showed they took in $710.56 in non-cash tips. When I look at the shift report in my square dashboard it shows the correct $355.28 non-cash tips. Anyone else have this issue/know how to solve it??

I take that back now it is happening at another one of my locations as well but not for everyone. I had 4 servers on yesterday and 2 of them had their non-cash tips doubled from what they actually should be. Other 2 servers had accurate non cash tips.

Hey @thegrandcantina, thanks for flagging this. That definitely does sound odd indeed.
What device do you use to run the end-of-day reports? Sometimes when stuff like this happens, it's often down to your device simply needing a software update. Do you know if your devices need an update? You can usually check this within the device's app settings or in the App store.
Additionally, you could also try restarting your device to see if that makes a difference.
