Loyalty Points Redemption

Today was my first time redeeming a customers rewards and I lost money.

 

Every wine, beer, cider kit purchased they receive 1 point. once they reach 10 points they can redeem for 20% off a wine kit. So we had 2 wine kits in his cart, 1 was $168.95 and the other $92.95. The discount would not allow me to take from the lower priced item. I tried re-adding the items to the cart and it kept automatically selecting the higher priced item. 

 

Is there something I am missing? I do not want to have my customers make 2 transactions just so I can do this properly.

A store bought bottle of wine is cheaper than therapy.
Brewing your own wine is even cheaper than that while making it is thera-peutic!
