Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the feedback. Are you saying this is displaying in public on your website?

Or are you referring to private feedback you've received from a customer? If this is the case, this isn't displayed anywhere in public!

Let me know more about if it's appearing in public anywhere, if you have a Square Online website set up to show feedback from online sales, this should be editable on your end 🙂
