How do I know if/when Canada Post is coming to pick up my order?

 I believe I have set everything up.  I purchased a Canada Post label from my connected shippo account.  Does that mean someone is coming to pick it up?  Do I have to go to the post office?  How do I know this?  Are there settings in either Square, Shippo, or my Canada Post account where I can see this?  Thanks guys!

If this is an item you sold on Square Online you will have to drop it off at the Post Office.
