My Online catalog isn't syncing with my POS catalog. How can I fix this issue? Any suggestions?

Can you please confirm if you see an error message on the Square Online dashboard?
Hey @BernadetteA! There isnt any error message. When I edit an item on my POS or phone app it doesn't reflect on the online platform. Or when I edit something on the online platform it doesn't change in my POS or app. Sometimes if I edit something on one platform it disappears from the other platform. It just started doing this. Ive never had this problem before.

I think the best course of action would be to reach out to our support team directly. A rep can go over your settings with you, and escalate to advanced support if the issue turns out to be something they are not able to resolve.
