Busiest retail period of the year (last 3 years tbh!) and no way to contact Square about an issue.
I expect better.

At this time, if you are currently subscribed to a Plus Plan or you are using select hardware, including the Square Register or Square Terminal, you are eligible to receive 24/7 phone support. In looking at your Square Account on our end, I can confirm you are able to receive 24/7 phone support.
If you need to reach us outside of our standard hours, please call us on 1800 760 137 and quote the customer code to gain access to 24/7 service.
You can find your customer code right on our Support Centre:
1. Select your location > Next.
2. Select your topic.
3. Select I don’t see my issue.
4. Select Call us and your customer code will appear.
Note: This customer code is used to validate your Square account. Treat it as you would any other sensitive account information.
