Recently I have been having this issue... If I change someones appointment on my phone, it does not sync to my iPads. If I enter items into an appointment on the iPad in the backroom then go to the front end to ring them through, the items are not there. I've never had this until recently. I have signed out, restarted all devices and signed back in. Issue still remains.
