Amex Shop Small 2023

Hi.

Can any one help in relation to Amex and shop small in the UK, I understand it will be December the 2nd this year but cannot find any information from Square. I am sure last year there was a link or form to register for this. Would be great if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks
