Problème avec la vente par abonnement

Bonjour,

The subscription pricing isn't set correctly, causing the button to be disabled. Check if the subscription price is properly configured and not set to €0. Also, verify that your payment gateway supports subscriptions and is correctly integrated. If you're using a plugin or theme that affects subscriptions, try disabling it temporarily. Lastly, check for any JavaScript errors in the console that might be preventing the button from working. If the issue persists, contacting your platform’s support team would be the best next step!

It looks like you're having trouble with your subscription product where the price shows as "0€" and the "start subscription" button is grayed out. This usually happens when the recurring price isn't correctly configured or the subscription product isn't fully enabled. Double-check that you've set a proper billing cycle (e.g., €35 per month) and that this price has been saved in your product settings. Also, make sure the subscription product itself is published or active in your e-commerce platform's backend; an inactive product won't be purchasable. If you're using a specific platform like WooCommerce with a subscriptions plugin, there might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme, so temporarily disabling other plugins or switching to a default theme could help diagnose the issue.
