How to find the payment history / invoices of my membership

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to find the invoices coming from weebly/square to my company, but i can't find where!

I also need to change the name of the account manager, but again i can't find where.

i searched everywhere, account settings etc

If you are looking for your Square Online/Weebly invoices:

 

  1. Go to your Square Online Overview page.
  2. Click on your business name in the top right-hand corner and click on Account Settings.
  3. Click on Order History. From there you'll be able to view and print your monthly billing with us. 

As for changing the name of the account manager, do you mean the name of the account owner? If so, this is currently a feature request. The information (name, address, phone number) you provide when you sign up with Square is used to verify your identity during registration. As such, this information is permanent, and cannot be changed or edited.

However, you can still change and edit any customer-facing information in your online Square Dashboard. You can edit your business address, and change any contact information for customers in the Account & Settings section.

 

The only workaround to this would be creating a new account with the correct credentials. Let me know if you decide to proceed with this, I'd be happy to guide you through the process. 

 

Also, I noticed that you have a French Square account. I'm not sure if your preferred language is English or French, but feel free to reply to me in French or if you need any of the above information translated into French. I am responsible for helping both English and French-speaking sellers, so I'd be happy to oblige.
