Suggestion — Flexible Calendars by Service Type

I often think about ways to streamline scheduling for specialized services, and here’s one idea: allowing businesses to create multiple calendars and assign specific services to each calendar.

This would lock all appointments for a given service into designated day(s) or time windows, making scheduling predictable and organized. For solo business owners, this is especially important because there’s really no workaround if you want some services available at any time while only offering others at specific times.

For example, I offer intimate waxing services and need certain types of appointments to be scheduled only during daytime hours. This helps ensure client privacy, maintain a controlled environment, and keep my schedule organized, while other services remain available throughout the day.

Currently, managing this requires extra staff profiles or manual blocking, which is time-consuming and complicated. Implementing a service-based calendar system could make scheduling much more practical and efficient.
