Please add an exchange button in addition to the refund button in the Retail Point of Sale

Please add an exchange button in the exchange/refund process in the Retail Point of Sale and not just refund.  It is not intuitive for my employees to scan in (or search for) items that the customer wants to get in exchange for items being returned. There is no prompt for them to add the new items-just the prompt to refund.  This is causing having to make two transactions (doubling the transaction fees) but also funds often mistakenly going back to a gift purchaser instead of being credited to the gift recipient so they can exchange a gift for something that they would prefer.  I have had to eat the cost of the purchase on several occasions because I cannot go back to a customer and tell them I need their money again because their gift recipient didn't like their gift.  If there was just an exchange button instead of hitting refund and automatically having the money going back to the purchaser that would be great and eliminate a lot of confusion.  Thank you!

Agreed...I've had to swap out items purchased several times and I can't adjust the invoice. It's frustrating.
