Multiple Location Inventory Pool

Multiple Location Inventory Pool

An option to allow the same inventory pool to be used across multiple locations would be a very helpful feature for anyone who does various local events/markets and would like to offer pickup at those locations. Currently there is no way for me to keep track of my inventory without manually splitting it up between locations. This is just not a realistic way for me to do weekly events and track what I have onhand and what I'm willing to bring with me if someone orders ahead of time. This would additionally aid in tracking for tax purposes when traveling across state lines or city/county lines (which I do often in STL).

Same issue as other business owners.  I have multiple locations but one inventory pool.  A central inventory would be very helpful.  Thank you, MoltenWorks Glass Studio

We have one location but do deliveries to multiple cities, the delivery options aren't advance enough to enable this so we have to setup "locations" for each city, but now we have to split up our inventory for each "location" which makes less available at each one. If one location sells out of an item we constantly have to manually juggle inventory. A way to have multiple locations pull from a single inventory would solve a ton of headaches.

I have an art business and currently the only way for me to sell is at art fairs. I would like my inventory to be able to integrate with another store location not managed by me, so I can sell at those other galleries and have inventory be automated. Not having this feature is the only thing holding me back from growing my business.

I would love to see this feature added! I have a business selling dancewear online and through local dance studios. Because I don't have a brick and mortar location, I give the customer the option to select “studio pickup” in checkout. Then, they select their associated dance studio for convenient pickup. To achieve this I had to enter each dance studio as a separate retail location…which also means I have multiple locations to update my stock even though I am truly selling from and keeping inventory in one location.

As a small shop that does convention/local markets having a way to keep the inventory in a physical location separate from the online sales/warehouse portion would be extremely helpful. Not having an exact count for on hand items within the POS system makes inventory useless at the events.
