For Massage Therapist or Anyone that needs to do SOAP Notes

It would be wonderful if we could add SOAP Notes for those that are required to do by laws right all in one area. This will allow those that use Square for appointments and payments not to have the need to have another platform and have to go back and forth. At this moment I don’t use appointments in square due to having to have to pay for a platform that allows me to do soap notes and intake forms all online.

I am in the same situation and would love a way to do soap notes wiithin square

@bdillard the only reason why I don’t use square to its full potential is because of SOAP Notes. I am paying for a service with MassageBook for the Soap notes that has all the other features and I don’t want to waste money just for one feature.

Not having a SOAP notes feature is one of the very few things keeping me from ditching Massagebook for square entirely.

I am also in the market for a new platform and am hesitant because I am currently using MassageBook because it offers SOAP notes & intake forms directly integrated with clients' profiles/appointments.

How do you all use MassageBook with Square? 

I do everything on Square but had to subscribe to MassageBook due to SOAP notes. My initial understanding was that Massagebook would import my customer and appointment details from Square by using the App Integration. Nope. Nothing is happening FROM Square TO MassageBook. I have to manually export the customer list from Square, import it to MassageBook, and create their appointments on MassageBook. I don't like working twice like this. I can't find any solutions to my problem anywhere, including here in the Seller Community. Do I have to do this every time I get a new client and for every appointment??

You don't want to run appointments off square. For billing you can have your square and massagebook apps link up that you can take in payments from square. I use square for all my transactions but massagebook for everything else.

I’m struggling to switch to other service that has SOAP note feature. Practices that I know have switched or didn’t choose Sqaure for this reason. It would be wonderful if you can just add this feature.

I've got a fellow LMT who uses square across the board, puts her soap notes just in the notes for her clients, but i feel like that might not be covered by HIPPA/or work if you have to submit to insurance. i also use massage book for scheduling, and notes but debating making the full switch. i think the overall cost will come out to the same for me. square makes it kind of confusing though to figure out what my actual cost will be in regard to tiers and then adding additional features on top of that
