Export/Import modifier data for bulk price increases

Saw the previous two threads but they are archived and locked and from 2-4 years ago.  Just want to bump this thread as doing bulk price increases is rough when modifiers have to be edited one-by-one on the website. 

It also makes timing of price changes tricky (I can just upload the Excel file when ready for the items vs. hours for updating each modifier on the site).
