Convert Saved Cart to Invoice

I'm using Square for Retail. For some customers, I want to be able to let them buy/take something now but invoice them later. There should be a way to create a saved cart and then convert it into an invoice.

Or I should be able to create an invoice directly and scan the items into it at time of sale.

C'mon Square, this is basic.  It's been 3+ years now.

Anyone out there know if Lightspeed or Clover can do this?  We are looking.

We would love this feature.  I have had ongoing open tickets recently disappear after a couple of weeks.
