Calendar Sync for Employee Schedules

I’d like to request a feature enhancement for the Team Management/Scheduling functionality within Square.

Currently, when we schedule employee shifts, there is no built-in option for team members to sync their schedules directly with their personal calendars (e.g., iOS Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook). This lack of integration means employees have to open the Square Team app to check their shifts or manually enter each shift into their personal calendars—an extra step that is both time-consuming and error-prone.

Adding a feature that allows employees to automatically sync their scheduled shifts with their personal calendars would greatly improve convenience, reduce missed shifts, and enhance overall user experience for both managers and staff.

Seconding this! Please allow employees to simply connect to their personal calendar (GCal, Apple, etc.)

I've been requesting this for ages! I'm about to jump ship over it, but maybe a full Square strike by everyone would get it moving better?

Yes please! It is very easy over and under schedule when juggling multiple calendar apps.

@comolaflor33195 forgive me...do you not have this screen when you go to Appointments? This is an example screenshot from my own account? I'm listed as two separate team members in my business and can get individual calendars sent to different accounts. 

Or rather, is this different than what you're requesting?

@JessPoynter We are not Appointments based so unfortunately this feature isn't available to us. I'm talking about a calendar sync option through the dashboard > Staff > Scheduling > Schedule.

I'll add my support to this.  Honestly, it's a very small thing but sometimes those small things are the most impactful.  Not worth jumping ship over because the grass is never greener on any other side.  But, it would be nice to have.

I agreee with this idea.  It would be a great upgrade to the Team section and scheduling.
