Bulk print online orders

Bulk print online orders

Would like a way to bulk / batch print multiple online orders at one time. Doing so individually is very time consuming.

Re: Bulk print online orders

Had this issue as well with my cookie business. Built a tool to allow you print all your Square Orders in a few clicks.

The tool: CafeKit.io/bulk-print-square-orders

We would agree! Batch printing is really really needed, as this time-consuming process takes away valuable work time. We would appreciate if you would please address.

Thanks for reaching out to share your feedback, @LPF!

If you'd like, feel free to also share your suggestions on our Seller Community Ideate Board. Our Product Team keeps an eye on this form as they are constantly improving our products based on feedback like this. We appreciate your input!

Any update on when this will be available?? Printing a load of orders one by one takes so much time. We should be able to select multiple orders or batch them to print all at once in under 5 minutes. Huge time suck for what feels like a simple feature. Please update this feature ASAP! At least the system doesnt glitch anymore when you push the 'back to orders' button to go and print the next one.

We need to have batch printing! I just spent many hours printing our 466 orders (It takes five clicks to print one order right now) for our distribution day coming up next week. Then I had to alphabetize them because i could not sort prior to printing. Very very time consuming. What is the time frame for this to be implemented at Square?

I would also greatly benefit from this feature. It takes too much time to print each individual sheet.

Hi @thesaltnprepper,

Happy to have you join The Seller Community!

Thanks for chiming in on the need to have this feature. I can certainly understand how it would make things a lot easier for business.

I always encourage seller to submit feature requests themselves. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers’ interest in your request.

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).

Please reach out if I can help in any other way?

Since this has been a question in the queue for over two years, when is it going to be addressed? printing orders one at a time is time consuming, tedious, and not efficient for our business. Why is it so difficult to get batch printing as an option. And while you are at please include batch completion and batch searching functionality.

It makes zero sense that Square doesn't allow users to (i) batch-print orders and/or (2) to filter a set of orders by some basic criteria and then print that entire filtered set or save it as a PDF file. This would and should be an absolutely simple feature to implement and one that literally hundreds of users have been asking for at least two years because it would save us so much time, make us so much more productive, and make your service much more appealing to use. Please make this happen ASAP.

OK, @MayaP, I took your suggestion above as many many other users probably also have and made a formal feature request for this capability. Here is what I wrote:

Let's see if anything comes of this anytime soon.

Agreed, would like this very much!
