Hi @WeArose - thanks for the great questions!

Regarding centralized inventory for your mobile business, we recommend creating one master location for your online sales.

Here's how to do it:
- Go to your Square Dashboard โ†’ Account & Settings โ†’ My business โ†’ Locations and create a new location that's just for online selling
- Then from your Square item catalog, you can assign certain items and stock counts to your new online only location so that all of your online sales pull from a single inventory count

Regarding arranging items on your website in the order of your choice, you can absolutely do this. Here's how you can do so:

Option 1: From Square Websites
- Go to your Square website editor
- Select your Shop All page then Item List
- Click Arrange Items and you can choose to sort by popularity, newest, price, alphabetical or a custom order

Option 2: From Items
- Go to Items & services > Categories
- Select a category
- Select Rearrange under the Items in the Category to adjust how items are displayed on your website

Thank you for the response.

For the centralized location, I didn't explain that well. We do not ship. We sell produce and food items in-person at farmers markets, as well as having two pick-up locations for online sales of the produce. So we have items that are available at the market, as well as those that are available for sale online for pick-up. The produce available at the market may be different than the produce available online. For the online sales, we would still need to know which location the customer is wanting to use for pick-up. How would we do that with a master location?

These don't work for me. We have the free version. Is that the reason? I don't have a Shop All page, but instead have an Order Online page. When I go there, there isn't an Arrange Items option. And there is no Rearrange in the Categories section of Items. It seems that I just can't arrange items?
