Unable to load POS/ Unable to Sync items

One of our devices is working, the other is not.  The non-working device kicked us out of Square, but then when we went to sign back in the first message is "failed to load point of sale". when we hit try again, it says "failed to sync items, error code FB8".  I went a purchased a brand new device since I thought it was a device issue, but when I tried to log in, it does the same thing.  Trying to load square on multiple other devices (both apple and non-apple products) and we are getting the same message.  

 

Can someone help? its a specific error message!

I'm having the same problem, sent a message to customer support, also tried calling but "phone support is currently unavailable"....this is costing us $$$. I don't suppose Square reimburses its customers for undelivered goods the way we'll be forced to until this is fixed??

Having the same issue. Waiting on a response from support. If you know what the fix is please let me know. Yesterday I was unable to open my store don't want to lose sales another day.

Error occurred after updating a price. After it crashed on the iPad I tried again on my Android and it logged in fine, and immediately crashed again when I tried to update the price. Second iPad is working, but now I can't update anything out of fear that it will crash too and not let me back in...

been having this issue since 9:21/22! And it's happening with all of the square apps point of sale, square for retail, appointments, and invoice, and it's also happening on multiple devices, Android iPhones and even Google Pixel phones. I've tried logging into my account on my friend's devices just to make sure it's not mine and I cannot log in while they could actually log into their accounts on my devices.
