I have been using Square Appointments for almost 2 years. I have a google calendar that syncs with my Square Appointments. This feature has always worked great. Last night I was checking my Square Appointments calendar to approve some new appointments and noticed that some of my weekly recurring google calendar appointments were now on the previous day. Ex - I have a weekly recurring appointment on Monday at 5:30 pm in google calendar. It is now showing up on Sunday at 5:30 in my Square Appointment calendar. My google calendar is still showing the correct day. It is just my Square calendar that is incorrect.
This is only happening on the desktop Square Appointments. When I look at the mobile app everything is correct.

Somehow when the system downgraded my subscription along with disconnecting the Google Calendar my personal events in Google were also deleted. I keep my hours for billing in Google Calendar. This has been a huge inconvenience. Hopefully there's a way to retrieve this information?? And maybe a way to store the information to avoid this issue in the future.

This is exactly what happened to my yesterday except, I didn't up or downgrade. They said it was a global outage. My clients appointments have been erased.

Ah, interesting! I also downgraded my subscription beginning May 1 and the issue started April 28. I wonder if this is somehow connected?

Thanks for the response. I did speak to someone the other day. They said it was a known issue and they would be working on fixing it. That was about 3 days ago. So far the issue is still there. I will contact someone again in the next day or so.
