I have had new contacts added to my directory every day for the past week from a third party. Square doesn't see any activity on their end. Ive deleted my link from my website but im still getting these annoying additions. There doesn't seem to be any harm done. Just annoyance.
Hey @ACEtutor. When you say that a third party is adding contacts to your customer directory, who is that third-party? Are they an app that you downloaded from the Square App Marketplace that links to your Square account, or another app that you linked to your Square account?
According to the square support, it seems to be coming from my payment link on my website. I have disabled that link but the probem persists. So I'm not sure who the third-party is. The directory details do not specify.
