Why isn’t square support 24/7? Refunds?

Didn’t even know we had a trial running apparently with email marketing and messaging plus… $26 useless dollars out for something redundant in today’s world by square. 

looking for a refund asap since I was even charged 2 other months for messaging as well..

anyone get a refund on features before? We just got charged march 1st.

You can try to call in to customer support on Monday.  There is no guarantee though that they will refund you your money for the already charged month though but you could plead your case.  I'm assuming that you already did go ahead and cancel your subscriptions that you don't plan on using correct?
