Sending Text to Customers with Images NOT SENDING

I have recently had a problem and its been going on 2 months now sending pictures to customers it won't send never had a problem before sending pictures.

it's not a particular campaign it's when I text the customers directly

I can pass this along to our support team but will need to get more information: 

1) Are you getting any error messages?

2) Are you texting through the Dashboard or the app?

3) Please provide the steps you are using to send the message

4) If you are using the app what version? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? Is it up to date? 

4) If you are using Dashboard what browser version? Have you tried using another browser or device?
