Sending Contracts to multiple people

I am trying to send a contract that I created using Square contracts to multiple people and I keep getting an "Invalid Request" error. 

I sent it to 1 person (but she is not the one who approves contracts) with no problem, but now that I'm trying to send it to others, I am getting this error.

How can this be resolved?
