Aside from normal earning/redemption of loyalty awards, we want to be able to generate reports on lifetime loyalty points earned to enable us to enter customers into quarterly drawings for prizes when they reach certain lifetime loyalty tiers (for example, for every 12 loyalty points earned, they can get a free coffee, but once they hit 50 LIFETIME loyalty points (whether redeemed or not), they would be entered into a drawing. I can currently only view lifetime loyalty by looking at each customers profile one by one, so the data exists, but clearly this is not sustainable and I need a report to provide this information.
Great idea @megsyb82. I could see this integrating well into the optional fields available (+ sign, far right side when viewing Customer > Directory) when looking at Customer >Directory reports. Could be a permanent option for ease of distribution or become an option once you filter down to the Loyalty Enrolees group.
