Report for manually added loyalty points

For a monthly promotion, we are giving customers a chance to earn loyalty points. We are manually adding the points to the winners' accounts, which is in the hundreds.

 

If I go to someone's name in the Customer Directory, I can see a log for the manually added points in their "Activity" section. I can see how many points were added and the User that added them

 

However, I can't seem to find a report that has this information all in one place.

 

At a minimum, I need to know:

Customer Name; Number of points manually added; User that added them.

 

How do I get this info in one report?

Thanks for submitting that! Try this. But you can access it from Dashboard > Customers> Loyalty> All activity

 

Let me know if you're still having issues.

Hi @SVLFever - Thanks for posting. I like that idea! 

 

The closest we have would be our Loyalty Activity view. That will show you a chronological view of any point balance changes and which customer’s balance was affected, but it doesn’t provide information about who made the change.

 

I hope this works for now!

Thanks @MayaP for getting back to me.  I'll put it in ideate for an improvement, as it will be helpful for us to verify nothing deceitful is going on.

Yes, that is very helpful Maya!!!   Thank you!   If we could just export this report, it would be VERY hepful, but it's better than nothing and will help us verify that we didn't "fat finger" or "sticky finger" the manual points we are assigning.

Yeah, I’m glad this helps a bit! And yes — exporting would definitely help avoid any sticky finger situations haha.
