I want to be able to single-click and use a customers points to pay for their transaction. I have my setup currently at:
[$1 Spent = 1 Point]
[10 Points = $0.25 off purchase]
My Redeeming Rewards settings are: 10, 100, 500, 1000, and 2000 points.
Therefore to use points to pay for a purchase I must perform mathematics. Doing maths, holding a cheerful conversation, and answering the phone all while coaching a team member isn't a recipe for success.
I would like a one-button solution that uses the correct number of customer points. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?
Hey @BrewingSupply I think I found a better solution for your issue. It is in my option a better fix than what you're doing.
1. Go into your Loyalty" Account.
2. Change your "Earning Points" to be
| 1 Point | Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent. |
3. Then Change "Redeeming Rewards"
Reward Value Reward Description
| 10 Points | $0.25 off entire sale |
When ready to take off the discount in a sale...
1. Go to "Rewards"
2. Type in customers Phone Number
3. Then when selecting the reward, you'll just type in the amount of the reward you want to redeem!
I hope this helps!
