I finally had time to look at the new Square Plus Subscription plan for $49.00 that had rolled out in October and decided to make the switch but when I click the link on my subscriptions page it wants to charge me $89.00 per month. I've been with Square for over 15 years and I can't figure out why I'm being charged more. I've tried contacting customer service and was told that someone would contact me within a few hours but it's been days and no one has reached out. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm not able to take a look at your account from the Square Community, but Square Plus should be $49.00 per month, per location. I recommend checking the Pricing & Subscriptions page of your Square Dashboard, under Account & Settings > My Business > Pricing & Subscriptions to see if anything else is being added into the cost to equal $89.00 per month. You can also initiate a 30-day free trial for Square Plus.
