After the update where Messages button became an option on the Appointments menu I was so glad but a few weeks ago it quit working. I just get a blank white screen now when I press it.
HI, on April 26 the new pricing structure was implemented. You would have needed to select the appropriate Paid Plan. The announcement regarding the new structure was on January 20.
