Loyalty programme issue

On square franchise we are experiencing  difficulties with the loyalty programme:

- can only sign up members from the customer facing screen not the employee facing screen

- only the customer facing screen allows the member to enter rheir phone number during the transaction to accrue the points.  If the phone number is entered from the employee screen the points do not get allocated to the loyalty member

- a loyalty member is not recognized across different franchise sites

In our business we do not have any reports about only allowing signup from the CFD...might all change when we open up shop in 40 mins. 

 

But we have also observed the points not being added when our team enter a mobile number from the employee facing screen. Something needs a slight tweak to bring it back in to alignment. 😊
