Loyalty not showing up in customer profile

I run a service-based business.

 

When I close someone out using Square Appointments and they want to use their loyalty points, I have to click discount > rewards > then look up that client again (even though they are already attached to the appointment) to redeem.

 

Is there a way to just have this populate when I click discount > rewards ?
