I used to be able to select which customer to get the reward from, very useful for married couples or families, but now if the person checking out is not the account holder for the loyalty I have to credit them points, then remove points from the loyalty holder, just so I can check them out with the loyalty points. Can we add the "Add Customer" button back in?

Thanks for bringing this to the Seller Community. I understand how frustrating changes like this can be, and I’d be happy to look into it further for you. Could you clarify how the process worked before? If possible, sharing a video or screenshots of the current workflow and what isn’t working would be really helpful. I can then escalate this to our Loyalty Team for a deeper investigation. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.
Before I could click the appointment. “Review and checkout”, “Add Item or discount”, “redeem rewards”, if they had rewards I could click the reward, if not, there was a button on top that said remove customer, then I could add a customer that had the rewards. Then choose the reward to be redeemed. Couldn’t find a way to attach screenshots, but this was a step by step.
