Hello sellers,
Is it possible for a business using Square POS to have a marketing agency access the customer directory remotely?
The agency needs updated customer directory on a daily basis.
The small business owner can't export every day and then send file to the agency.
Is it something that can be done?

Hello @PitiBon thanks for your post. I understand your request and that exporting your customer information every day would be a lot of work on your end. I think you could of course just give your login/password to this outside agency and they could see your customers...however I wouldn't recommend this. Instead, I'd set them up as an "employee" and then you could set specific permissions related to only viewing your customer directory. I think may help in your situation. See this post about setting permissions.
This would limit their access to only specific information, and you could later control this access. I hope this helps solve you issue. Maybe another user in the Square Community could offer an alternative as well.
