Is it possible to see when a client opened an email?

A client is saying that they responded to a past campaign, I see that they opened the past campaign, but not their response. Is there a way to see when they acted on the campaigns?

Hello @elenactio thanks for your post. In the Marketing tab of your dashboard, you can check a Campaign and see who opened, and even clicked on an email. But I do not think you can see exactly WHEN this happened. And as far as the customer responding to your email...do you know what they mean by that..? Did they click on something, or send a reply? I'm just not sure what they mean by response, and what kind of specific interaction they had with your campaign. If you have a customer click on a response button, you should have received an email with that information.
