In store form access

I would like to be able to have a client fill out a form while they are instore. I created the template with contracts and they are sent when they book but, is there anyway to pull up a contract on my system for them to fill out?

@HolisticLiz  Welcome to the community, below is a link explaining Square contracts, I think you have to use Squares template meaning you can’t upload a pre-existing contract. If all you need is for them to fill out their info and sign it may be what you are looking for. The Link is below.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have written the forms in square. What I am looking for is a way to access the form itself in my system, so when a client walks-in I can have them fill it out and it's directly in the system. Or, if they didn't fill it out before their appointment from their email, I can have them do it when they come in for the appointment.

@HolisticLiz So you want to be able to access the contract inside the POS when the customer walks up? Is that correct? If so this is how you would do it in store.

First Contracts won’t show up in Square for Retail mode. You will need to be in Service mode. Tap More, then at the top you will see Mode. Tap that and then the + in the upper right hand corner, then select Services. Tap next, then it will ask if you want to copy your settings over, tap yes and at the top give it a name. After that follow the steps below and you will see contracts and then. You can access your contracts for your customers to fill out and sign in the store.

1. On your POS, tap More/Contracts

2. Find the existing customer or create new customer.

3. Select your contract

4. Tap Send for Signature, then have the customer review and sign on the iPad.

The signed copy automatically saves to the customers profile in Square and you will always have in the POS system.

Hi again! I think I am not being clear. I have intake forms that I need clients to fill out. They do't always fill them out in the email we send when they book. I need to be able to pull the intake form up (written in contracts in the Square system), in store and have them fill it out directly. Or, if a walk-in comes in, I will need them to fill out the intake form before we begin the service. Is this possible via square?

You want to be able to have a customer fill out a form on your Square POS and have it associated  to their name correct?  That can be done in the Square POS, but you have to be in Service Mode, not Retail mode on the POS.
